You can access the Hold/Permission Details form from the Actions menu in the Holds/Perms tab.
The Hold/Permission Details form enables you to view details of the selected hold/permission or a prerequisite event. In addition, you can release the selected hold or grant/cancel the selected permission from the Hold/Permission Details form.
In the Hold/Permission Details form:
The Status area displays the status of the selected hold/permission or the prerequisite event.
If the Status area displays a red Stop sign and status as ACTIVE, REQUIRED, or PRE-REQUISITE, the event types listed on the Affected Event Types tab (on page 1) cannot occur for the selected entity.
If the Status area displays a green Check mark and status as RELEASED or GRANTED, the listed event types can occur for the selected entity.
The Action area displays details of the selected hold/permission, such as the name, description, rule type, and the date and the user who applied the hold/permission or the prerequisite event.
The Involved Entities area displays the entities involved including the target entity and any guardian entity.
If you update a hold/permission, N4 displays the Update Info area.
The Update Info area displays the action performed, and the date/time and the user who updated the hold/permission.
The Affected Event Types tab displays the event types affected by the hold/permission.
You can release active holds, grant required permissions, or cancel granted permissions using the Release Hold, Grant Permission, or Cancel Permission buttons displayed in the Hold/Permission Details form.
